"As an existing homeowner with Perry and Perry State Farm coverage for years, this week I decided to check on auto coverage insurance after my professional organizations insurance left our state with almost 3 decades of insurability with them. I was unexpectedly placed with another insurer that I had not anticipated, along with drastic monetary increases. Yesterday, I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with James. He was immediately able to see that the current insurers rates were not only high, but that my coverage was seriously insufficient. Even though we were only discussing a quote at that moment, he took the time to professionally address my coverage needs in comparison to my other existing policy. We made an appointment for the following day to discuss further. Today, James and I, thoroughly reviewed our previous days details and I promptly decided to move my coverage. In addition, I’m saving substantially on my premium. Not only did he assist with my complete transition, automatic payment, and the details of what to expect with their office staff and procedures, he called with me on the line to help cancel my current coverage, verifying that they would be removing all of my personal information from their system. Bravissimo, James! Thank you so very kindly for your time and attention my friend! 😉 Yes, I said friend, as I stated in the beginning, as an existing customer with my homeowner’s policy at Perry and Perry Sate Farm, this particular office is very personable and absolutely outstanding! I would highly recommend that you give them a call for any of your insurance needs! 🤗❤️"
